
What is a KA Session? (Kundalini Activation)
A Kundalini Activation (KA) Session, is an hour long sound journey to activate your life force energy to awaken your emotional, energetic and spiritual field. It is sacred ancient energy coming from Mother Earth herself.
Guided by the powerful channeling of Shakti Ma, the divine mother, this journey supports the release of blocks and fears while fostering a sense of clarity and spiritual alignment. Working with the Divine Mother field can bring you bliss, peace, inner freedom and presence. Each session is a unique exploration of self-discovery and deep inner transformation.
I will guide the flow of energy through your body, connecting with what is already within you.
Throughout the session, you may experience energy releases, heat, cold, tingling, or spontaneous movements. You may also see colors, visions, or receive insights. If nothing arises, that’s perfectly fine too—each experience will vary, depending on your needs and current state of being.
The potential of this practice is vast, but ultimately, your body will only release what it is ready to. This modality of KA is gentle, never forcing and honoring the nervous system.
When your life force is activated or awakened within you many things can unfold and shift in your life. Everyone has a unique experience and even for the same person no two experiences are ever the same.

What to know beforehand:
You will be laying down with your eyes closed to begin but you are able to move as your body needs throughout.
It is best to set up your space whoever brings you most comfort (i.e. lighting candles, incense, keeping extra pillows and blankets nearby).
Having a journal to write your intentions down at the beginning and also any insights, messages, sensations you experienced or further questions you have at the end could be very supportive.
